The FTAA Handbook is a set of hyperlinked documents that provide a step-by-step detailed tutorial about how to compile and execute the necessary documentation for a WMBE company to successfully consummate an FTAA-supported transaction. It also provides background on the motivation and development of the FTAA

Templates
The "Templates" folder on the CD contains MS Word document templates for blank form versions of the NAESB-approved FTAA documents. You may copy these templates into your MS Word template directory, so that whenever you create a new FTAA document, you may choose the appropriate template and just fill in the blanks, then save the document to your desired location

Hints & Tips
The "Hints & Tips" folder on the CD contains a document that provides suggestions on creating your folder hierarchy for efficiently utilizing the FTAA.
FTAA Enhanced CD-ROM Overview
The FTAA Enhanced CD-ROM contains all of the features that are on the FTAA CD-ROM (see above) plus the following additional features are included:

Automation
The FTAA Handbook is a set of hyperlinked documents that provide a step-by-step detailed tutorial about how to compile and execute the necessary documentation for a WMBE company to successfully consummate an FTAA-supported transaction. It also provides background on the motivation and development of the FTAA
The document contains embedded logic that can then scan the input documents for information about the LDC Repurchaser and the Producer companies.
Finally, the embedded logic can generate the required FTAA documents for Agreement #1 (between the WMBE, the FTA Bank, and the Producer) and Agreement #2 (between the WMBE and the LDC Repurchaser).
All of the information can be saved in profiles for reuse in multiple generations of FTAA documents.
